Dear Sir,

Regarding the determination of the office schedule of Finance Companies during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1446 (2025 AD).

The office schedule for all Finance Companies operating in Bangladesh during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1446 (2025 AD) is determined as follows:

Working Days	Office Schedule
Sunday to Thursday	9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
(Including break for Zuhr prayer from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM) Friday and Saturday	Weekly Holiday

2. The office schedule will return to the pre-Ramadan schedule after the Holy Ramadan month has passed.
3. This directive is issued under the powers granted under Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.
