DFIM Circular Letter No. 09: Office time table of the Financial Institutions during the month of Holy Ramadan of Hijri 1440
The document establishes the official office hours for all financial institutions operating in Bangladesh during the Holy Ramadan of Hijri 1440 (2019 CE). Offices are open from Sunday to Thursday between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, with a break from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM for Zuhr prayer, while Friday and Saturday are designated as weekly holidays. This schedule applies until the end of Ramadan, after which normal office hours resume.

Dear Sir,
Subject: Determination of office hours for financial institutions during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1440 (2019 CE).
In accordance with the instructions contained in Memorandum No. 05.00.0000.173.08.001.18-86 dated 30 April 2019 from the Law Division, Ministry of Public Administration, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the office hours for financial institutions during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1440 (2019 CE) are determined as follows:
