Dear Sir,

Subject: Determination of office hours for financial institutions during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1440 (2019 CE).

In accordance with the instructions contained in Memorandum No. 05.00.0000.173.08.001.18-86 dated 30 April 2019 from the Law Division, Ministry of Public Administration, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the office hours for financial institutions during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1440 (2019 CE) are determined as follows:

Working Days	Office Hours
Sunday to Thursday	9:30 AM to 4:00 PM; (Break for Zuhr prayer from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM)
Friday and Saturday	Weekly Holiday

Office hours will return to pre-Ramadan schedules after the Holy Ramadan month concludes.
