You are informed that the name of the Finance Company operating in Bangladesh, "CVC Finance Limited", has been changed to "CVC Finance PLC." (CVC Finance PLC).
In this regard, a copy of the notification No. DFIM(L)/1053/102/2025-1266 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 17 Baisakh 1432/30 April 2025 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
