DFIM Circular Letter No. 11: Name change of CVC Finance Limited to CVC Finance PLC

Regarding the name change of Finance Company.

You are informed that the name of the Finance Company operating in Bangladesh, "CVC Finance Limited", has been changed to "CVC Finance PLC." (CVC Finance PLC).

In this regard, a copy of the notification No. DFIM(L)/1053/102/2025-1266 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 17 Baisakh 1432/30 April 2025 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
