Digitisation of Qualifying Holding Forms and New Validation Method for QLF and Fit & Proper Forms

The digitisation of Qualifying Holding (QLF) notifications and the introduction of a new validation method for both QLF and Fit & Proper (FAP) forms are now mandatory through the OneGate platform. Financial services groups, insurance and reinsurance companies, institutions authorised to hold dematerialised securities, and payment and e-money institutions must submit all related documentation via this digital system, with the annex establishing the binding terms and conditions for platform access and validation.
