On the announcement of the implementation of the one-stop information disclosure system

To: Listed Companies

The State Securities Commission (SSC) is implementing the One-Stop Information Disclosure System applied to listed companies in accordance with Decision No. 877/QĐ-UBCK dated August 05, 2024, of the Chairman of the SSC, promulgating the Regulation on the use of the SSC's information disclosure system. To support your Company in submitting reports and disclosing information via the One-Stop Information Disclosure System, the SSC announces the following contents:

1. Implementation time of the One-Stop Information Disclosure System: From August 15, 2024, listed companies at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) will cease reporting and disclosing periodic, irregular information, and capital usage reports as stipulated in Chapter II and Chapter III of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020, of the Ministry of Finance guiding information disclosure on the securities market, on the SSC's Information Disclosure System (IDS). Instead, they will perform reporting and disclosure on the HOSE information disclosure system.

The IDS Information Disclosure System will continue to maintain the connection address https://ids.ssc.gov.vn. Listed/delisted companies will continue to perform reporting and disclosure of information as required by the SSC; information regarding offerings and issuance of securities as stipulated in Chapter II of Decree No. 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of the Securities Law, Circular 118/2020/TT-BTC dated December 31, 2020, of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain contents on offerings and issuance of securities, public offers, share buybacks, registration of public companies, and cancellation of public company status, and other company activities via the IDS subsystem.

2. Unlisted and undelisted public companies will continue to perform reporting and disclosure of information via the IDS Information Disclosure System.

3. The Regulation on use and user guide for the one-stop information disclosure system will be posted by the SSC on the SSC's electronic portal at address www.ssc.gov.vn, under the section "IT Application Support Page".
