The State Securities Commission issued Dispatch No. 5171/UBCK-GSĐC to implement the One-Stop Information Disclosure System starting August 15, 2024, requiring listed companies on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange to submit periodic and irregular reports through the HOSE system instead of the SSC's IDS. The SSC's IDS platform remains active for unlisted public companies and for specific securities issuance, buyback, and public offer activities governed by Decree 155 and Circular 118. The Commission has published usage regulations and technical support contacts on its website to assist companies in transitioning to the new reporting framework.
