Dear Sir,

Implementation of Guidelines on Electronic Dealing System for Interbank Money Market (EDSMoney Guidelines).

Reference is drawn to your attention to DMD Circular No.-02, dated: 16 November 2021, on the subject cited above.

2. Through the aforementioned circular, "Guidelines on Electronic Dealing System for Interbank Money Market (EDSMoney)" containing standard instructions for participants in the money market regarding the real-time web-based platform "Electronic Dealing System for Interbank Money Market (EDSMoney)" for interbank money market transactions in the liquidity management of banks and financial institutions was issued, and instructions were given to commence the full live operation of EDSMoney from 1 December 2021. It was mentioned in paragraph 2 of the aforementioned circular that the existing method of sending call money transaction details via email would remain in effect for 03 (three) months from the commencement date of EDSMoney, i.e., until 28 February 2022.

3. Now, considering the overall activities of the EDSMoney platform and the current context, you are advised to continue the sending of call money transaction details via the aforementioned method alongside EDSMoney until 31 March 2022. Furthermore, other instructions of DMD Circular No.-02, dated: 16 November 2021, will remain unchanged.
