DMD Circular Letter No. 02: Implementation of Guidelines on Electronic Dealing System for Interbank Money Market (EDSMoney)
The Department of Monetary Management extends the deadline for the full live operation of the Electronic Dealing System for Interbank Money Market (EDSMoney) and the concurrent submission of call money transaction details via email from February 28, 2022, to March 31, 2022. This extension applies to all scheduled banks and financial institutions operating in Bangladesh, allowing the existing email-based reporting method to remain valid during the transition period while other directives from the original November 16, 2021 circular remain unchanged.
