Notification

The Government hereby further amends the Sanchyapatra Rules, 1977 (Amended up to 23 May, 2015) as follows:-

“Addition: After Sub-rule (6) of Rule-5 of the above-mentioned Rules, the following Sub-rule (7) and Note shall be added:

“(7) An educational institution established for autistic or any other institution which works to support autistic. Provided that the profit should be used to support autistic and it must be certified by concern District Social Services Office.

Note: Sub-rule (7) will apply to the Tin Mash antar Munafa Vittik 3 year Sanchyapatra only.

And Sub-rule (2) of Rule 21 shall be replaced by the following words:

(2) No investment limit for institutions as described in sub-rule (6) and (7) of rule-5”

2. This order shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
