DMD Circular Letter No. 07: Regarding amendment of Sanchyapatra Rules, 1977 (Amended upto 23 May, 2015)
The Government amended the Sanchyapatra Rules, 1977, by adding a new Sub-rule (7) to Rule 5 to exempt educational institutions established for autistic individuals or those supporting them from investment limits, provided their profits are used for this purpose and certified by the District Social Services Office. This exemption applies specifically to the Tin Mash Antar Munafa Vittik 3-year Sanchyapatra. Additionally, Sub-rule (2) of Rule 21 was replaced to explicitly state that there is no investment limit for institutions described in Sub-rules (6) and (7) of Rule 5. These amendments are effective from the date of issuance.
