Subject: Regarding the issuance of a duplicate Savings Certificate for a lost/stolen/destroyed or damaged Savings Certificate through the 'National Saving Scheme Online Management System'.

A new menu has been added under the 'National Saving Scheme Online Management System' formulated under the 'Improvement of Public Financial Services Delivery through Implementation of BACS and iBAS++ Scheme' being implemented in the Finance Division, to electronically issue lost/stolen/destroyed or damaged Savings Certificates that were previously issued manually. Regarding the issuance of duplicate Savings Certificates, if the relevant issuing office forwards correspondence to the office under the 'Improvement of Public Financial Services Delivery through Implementation of BACS and iBAS++ Scheme' while complying with the rules and regulations described in existing rules and circulars, roles will be provided to the relevant users for the issuance of duplicate Savings Certificates.

2. In this regard, you are hereby directed to take necessary subsequent measures to start the program of issuing duplicate Savings Certificates for manually issued lost/stolen/destroyed or damaged Savings Certificates through the 'National Saving Scheme Online Management System'.
