Regarding keeping scheduled bank branches related to the ready-made garment industry open on a limited scale on Friday and government holidays, 5, 6, and 7 April 2024, before Eid-ul-Fitr, for the payment of wages, bonuses, and other allowances to workers/employees/staff of the ready-made garment industry, and for the purchase of export bills by commercial banks.

Dear Sir,

In order to provide convenience for the sale of export bills and the payment of wages, bonuses, and other allowances to workers/employees/staff of the ready-made garment industry before the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr, scheduled bank branches located in Dhaka Metropolitan, Ashulia, Tongi, Gazipur, Savar, Bhaulka, Narayanganj, and Chittagong, which are related to the ready-made garment industry, will operate banking activities on a limited scale with a limited number of staff on Friday and government holidays, 5, 6, and 7 April 2024, ensuring security, according to the following schedule:
