Dear Sir,
The Ministry of Religious Affairs, in its memorandum dated 26 May 2022, has issued instructions to keep a necessary number of branches open in connection with Hajj activities, after ensuring necessary security.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991, this directive is issued in the public interest.
In this regard, you are requested to ensure that the main branches of your bank, as well as district and upazila branches related to Hajj activities, are kept open on 28 May 2022, after taking necessary security measures.
