Subject: Regarding submission of quarterly statement of sectorwise outstanding loans according to revised format

Reference is invited to DOS Circular Letter No.-20 dated 03 December, 2012 of this department regarding the above subject.

2. In order to make the analysis of sectorwise loans more efficient and informative, it has been decided that from now on, quarterly statements of sectorwise loans and advances (DB-8) shall be submitted to this department in soft copy via email according to the revised format (copy attached). However, hard copies of the aforementioned statements must continue to be submitted to this department until the end of the September 2017 quarter.

3. Other instructions issued under DOS Circular Letter No.-20 dated 03 December, 2012 on this matter will remain unchanged.
