DOS Circular Letter No. 19: Submission of Quarterly Statement of Sectorwise Outstanding Loans in Revised Format
The Department of Off-Site Supervision requires all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to submit quarterly statements of sectorwise outstanding loans and advances (DB-8) in soft copy via email, effective from September 2016. Banks must continue to submit hard copies of these statements to the department until the end of the September 2017 quarter. This directive amends previous instructions by mandating electronic submission to enhance the efficiency of sectorwise loan analysis, while other existing instructions under DOS Circular Letter No. 20 dated December 3, 2012, remain unchanged.
