Regarding the instruction to keep bank branches/sub-branches located in establishments used as polling centers in the concerned electoral areas closed and to take necessary measures to facilitate the exercise of voting rights by voters on July 27, 2022, for the election of 04 Pourashavas.

Dear Sir,

In accordance with the notification number-05.00.0000.173.08.002.21-154 dated July 20, 2022, of the Ministry of Public Administration, it is advised to keep closed any bank branch/sub-branch located in establishments designated as polling centers or for electoral activities for the elections of 04 Pourashavas (Panchbibi and Khetlal of Jaypurhat District, Dewanganj of Jamalpur District, and Dohar of Dhaka District) on the voting day, July 27, 2022. Additionally, necessary measures should be taken to facilitate the exercise of voting rights by bank employees who are voters in the concerned electoral areas.
