The Department of Offsite Supervision instructs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to close branches or sub-branches located in designated polling centers for the Pourashava elections on July 27, 2022, in Jaypurhat, Jamalpur, and Dhaka districts. Banks must also take necessary measures to facilitate voting rights for their employees who are voters in these specific electoral areas.
