Regarding the temporary suspension of banking transactions of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. for the purpose of completing the core banking system migration program.

It is brought to your kind attention that, in order to provide better services to customers, Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. has applied for the temporary suspension of the transactions mentioned in the table below from 11:55 PM on 29/10/2020 until 9:30 AM on 05/11/2020 for the purpose of migrating banking transactions to the core banking system, and consent has been granted.

Specified Downtime Suspended Services From 11:55 PM on 29/10/2020 Until 9:30 AM on 05/11/2020

All types of branch banking, cheque/EFT/RTGS transactions, POS/ATM and e-commerce site debit and credit card transactions, internet banking.

This consent has been granted under the powers vested in Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991 (as amended up to 2018), which is published for your information.
