The Department of Off-Site Supervision grants consent for Mercantile Bank Limited to temporarily suspend all banking operations from October 1, 2021, to October 5, 2021, to facilitate the upgrade of its core banking software. This consent is issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.

With reference to the subject cited above, it is informed that consent has been granted to Mercantile Bank Limited to temporarily suspend all its banking operations from 01 October 2021 to 05 October 2021 for the purpose of carrying out the Core Banking Software Upgrade Program, upon the bank's application.
This consent is granted under the powers vested in Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
