DOS Circular Letter No. 37: Intermission of Banking Operations of Mercantile Bank Limited due to Reimplementation of Core Banking Software
The Department of Off-Site Supervision grants consent for Mercantile Bank Limited to temporarily suspend all banking operations from October 1, 2021, to October 5, 2021, to facilitate the upgrade of its core banking software. This consent is issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
