Regarding the closure of bank branches/sub-branches used as polling stations in the relevant electoral areas for the election to the vacant seat of Sirajganj-6 (Constituency No. 67) of the Jatiya Sangsad, nine municipalities, and four union parishads on 02 November 2021, and taking necessary measures to facilitate the exercise of voting rights by voters.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the notification number-05.00.0000.173.08.002.21-204 dated 28 October 2021 of the Ministry of Public Administration (Notification attached), regarding the election to the vacant seat of Sirajganj-6 (Constituency No. 67) of the Jatiya Sangsad, nine municipalities, and four union parishads on 02 November 2021, it is advised that if any branch/sub-branch of the bank is located in any premises designated as a polling station or for election activities in the relevant electoral areas, such branch/sub-branch should be closed. Furthermore, necessary measures should be taken to facilitate the exercise of voting rights by voters employed by your bank within these relevant electoral areas.
