Dear Sir,

Subject: Submission of Management Report to Bangladesh Bank.

Reference is drawn to DOS Circular No. 04/2013 issued by Bangladesh Bank regarding the submission of the Management Report prepared by the external auditor.

The said Circular directed that the Management Report prepared by the external auditor be submitted to Bangladesh Bank within 75 (seventy-five) days of the end of the accounting year. After careful consideration, it has now been decided that the Management Report prepared by the external auditor must be mandatorily submitted to the Department of Off-Site Supervision within 20 (twenty) days from the date of submission of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 2015 to Bangladesh Bank.

DOS Circular No. 04/2013 issued earlier on the subject matter shall be deemed cancelled.
