DOS Circular No. 01: Regarding Submission of Management Report to Bangladesh Bank
The Department of Off-Site Supervision mandates that external auditors' management reports for the fiscal year ending December 2015 be submitted to the Department within 20 days of the date of submission of the audited financial statements to Bangladesh Bank. This requirement supersedes and cancels the previous deadline of 75 days specified in DOS Circular No. 04/2013. The directive applies to all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
