Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities Order to Vacate Denial Order for 412 Management LLC and Robert Wilson
The Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities issued an Order to Vacate Denial Order against 412 Management LLC d/b/a Wilson Insight and Robert Wilson. The Department vacated the previous denial of their investment advisor registration applications after the respondents withdrew those applications in April 2025. This action resolves the proceeding to protect investors and align with the purposes of the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972.
