Entry into Force of Amendments and Supplements to the ATVP Tariff on Fees and Charges

On Saturday, 28 February 2026, the Amendments and Supplements to the Tariff on Fees and Charges of the Securities Market Agency (ATVP), published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 13/26 on 20 February 2026, will enter into force. The main novelty brought by this amendment to the ATVP tariff on fees and charges is the alignment with the new Individual Investment Accounts Act (ZINR). The latter authorizes ATVP to carry out entries in the register of individual investment account providers and to supervise these providers and their operations regarding individual investment accounts.

In addition to the alignment with the ZINR, Amendments and Supplements to the Tariff on Fees and Charges of the Securities Market Agency also include fees for supervisory measures under the Regulation on information accompanying transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets (Regulation 2023/1113) and under the Regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector (DORA Regulation), as well as certain other minor adjustments.
