Gentlemen:

Within the framework of what is established by Supreme Decree No. 4210 of April 8, 2020, which expands the scope of the "Family Bonus" granted by Supreme Decrees No. 4197, No. 4199, and No. 4205, to students of the Secondary Community Productive Education Level of Fiscal and Agreement Educational Units of the Regular Education Subsystem; to address the national health emergency and total quarantine, established by Supreme Decree No. 4200 of March 25, 2020, and in accordance with the message of the Constitutional President, Jeanine Áñez Chávez, of April 8, 2020, in accordance with the attributions of this Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI), all Financial Intermediation Entities must adopt the following measures:

1. Extend the public service hours, established with Circular Letter ASFI/DSR I/CC-2782/2020 from hours 07:00 to 12:00, starting from April 15, 2020, in all enabled Financial Attention Points (PAF), in order to attend, with priority, the payment of rents, disability pensions, and other retirement benefits; as well as the bonuses recently mandated by the State.

2. Open in a prioritized and exception-free manner, all PAFs located in the following nearby zones and addresses:
