Extension of Service Hours for Payment of State-Mandated Rents, Benefits, and Bonuses
Financial Intermediation Entities must extend public service hours at all enabled Financial Attention Points to 07:00 to 12:00 starting April 15, 2020, to prioritize payments for rents, disability pensions, retirement benefits, and state-mandated bonuses. Additionally, all Financial Attention Points located in specific high-density zones in La Paz, El Alto, Cochabamba, and Santa Cruz must be opened without exception to facilitate these transactions.
