Dear Sir/Madam, Subject: Regarding providing instructions for cooperation to continue the production, transportation, and supply chain of essential commodities and other daily use items in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak. Attention is drawn to the Ministry of Commerce's letter No. 26.00.0000.113.59.013.18/65 dated April 16, 2020 (copy attached) on the subject mentioned in the title. It is noted that through Circular Letter No. 12, dated April 12, 2020, you were requested to take due measures in accordance with the instructions described in paragraph 26 of Chapter 7 of the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions-2018 regarding the release of goods and settlement of import liabilities against documents received directly from the importer. In light of the instructions conveyed in the Ministry of Commerce's letter, you are requested to provide necessary cooperation in banking-related matters and inform all relevant parties about this matter.
