It has been decided that the instructions for settlement of admissible local payments in foreign exchange shall continue till September 30, 2020. This authorization shall also be applicable for transfer of payments locally as per paragraph 28(A)(ii), chapter 13 of the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions-2018 and FE Circular No. 10, dated April 15, 2018.
