FEPD Circular Letter No. FEPD(EDG)/174/2012-13 : Ease of Banking Transactions
Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh are advised to take initiative to establish banking relations with banks of Turkey. This directive responds to an agreement by the Bangladesh-Turkey joint commission to consider establishing direct banking transaction links through state-owned or suitable private banks to avoid routing remittances through third-country financial institutions.
