FEPD Circular No. 05: Export incentive/cash subsidy against export of agricultural and agro-processed product

Dear Sir,

Regarding the provision of export incentives in the export sector of agricultural products (vegetables/fruits) and processed (agro-processed) agricultural products.

Reference is made to FEPD Circular No. 15, dated October 06, 2005, on the subject cited above, to inform you that in the matter of providing incentives for the export of agricultural products (vegetables/fruits) and processed (agro-processed) agricultural products, it must be ensured that a certification of on-site verification by the relevant Customs authority is submitted along with the application form. The aforementioned instructions shall be applicable for goods shipped from the date of issuance of this circular.

2. All other instructions in all relevant circulars/circular letters regarding the provision of export incentives in the export sector of agricultural products (vegetables/fruits) and processed (agro-processed) agricultural products shall remain unchanged. All concerned parties are requested to be informed about the matter.
