FEPD Circular No. 05: Export incentive/cash subsidy against export of agricultural and agro-processed product
This circular mandates that a certification of on-site verification by the relevant Customs authority must be submitted with the application for export incentives or cash subsidies for agricultural and agro-processed products. This requirement applies to goods shipped from the date of issuance of the circular. All other instructions in previous circulars regarding these incentives remain unchanged.
