Foreign Exchange Policy Department Bangladesh Bank Head Office Dhaka www.bb.org.bd FE Circular No. 22 Date: 19 May 2019 All Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh Dear Sirs, Business-to-Consumer export through sales orders received on internet Please refer to FE Circular No. 17, dated 11 June 2018 permitting Authorized Dealers (ADs) to realize export proceeds against sales orders of exportable goods upto USD 5,000 executed on E-Commerce website and allow shipments on CFR terms with transport documents in the name of foreign buyers. Bangladesh Bank, vide FE Circular No. 17, dated 23 April 2019, has introduced electronic option to submit EXP Form, with flexibility of necessary amendments by exporters through Bangladesh Bank online reporting portal for export of goods prior to customs formalities. 02. It has been decided that electronic declaration by exporters submitted in accordance with FE Circular No. 17/2019 shall be acceptable to ADs providing acquiring services for repatriation of proceeds against export of goods concluded on E-Commerce website. All other relevant instructions contained in FE Circular No. 17/2018 pertaining to Business-to-Consumer export shall remain unchanged.
