FEPD Circular No. 22: Business-to-Consumer export through sales orders received on internet
Authorized Dealers providing acquiring services must accept electronic declarations submitted by exporters via the Bangladesh Bank online reporting portal for repatriating proceeds from Business-to-Consumer exports on E-Commerce websites. This acceptance applies to exports of goods up to USD 5,000 executed on E-Commerce websites under CFR terms, as previously permitted under FE Circular No. 17 dated 11 June 2018. All other relevant instructions contained in FE Circular No. 17/2018 pertaining to Business-to-Consumer export remain unchanged.
