FE Circular No. 52: Business-to-Consumer export through sales orders received on internet
Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh may allow Business-to-Consumer exports of each sales on e-Commerce website up to USD 500 or equivalent under cash on delivery or payment on shipment terms. Authorized Dealers must maintain counterparty arrangements with foreign payment service providers to realize payments by debiting foreign currency accounts or Taka accounts. Overdraft facilities are permitted for these accounts provided the Authorized Dealers hold payment guarantees from acceptable banks based on transaction flows.
