Attention of all concerned is drawn to paragraph 4(a) of FE Circular No. 15, dated October 06, 2005, and paragraph 02 of Circular Letter No. FEPD(Export-1)291(Agricultural Products)/2007-208, dated March 18, 2007, regarding the subject mentioned in the title.02. It is informed by government decision that, in applications for export incentives/cash assistance against the export of betel leaf as an agricultural product, a certificate issued by the Bangladesh Betel Leaf Exporters' Association (as per attached Form 'A') must be submitted. The Bangladesh Betel Leaf Exporters' Association can only issue certificates in favor of its own members.03.
