FEPD Circular No. 22: Issuance of certificate for Export subsidy/Cash incentive against export of Betel leaf under agriculture products
This circular requires all Authorized Dealers for foreign exchange transactions to ensure that applications for export incentives or cash assistance for betel leaf exports include a certificate issued by the Bangladesh Betel Leaf Exporters' Association. This certificate, which must follow the attached Form 'A', can only be issued by the Association to its own members. These instructions are effective for goods shipped from December 17, 2023, the date of the circular's issuance.
