Foreign Exchange Policy Department Bangladesh Bank Head Office Dhaka www.bb.org.bd FE Circular No. 42 Date: November 05, 2025 All Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh Dear Sirs, Small value export under Business-to-Consumer on E-Commerce website without EXP Form Attention of Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to paragraph 64 of FE Circular No. 31, dated July 31, 2025 in terms of which declaration on EXP Form to Customs Authority is not required for small value export up to USD 500 or equivalent concluded on E-Commerce website. 02. To facilitate small value export under Business-to-Consumer, it has been decided to enhance the limit to USD 1,000 or equivalent from USD 500 or equivalent. Accordingly, paragraph 7(7) and 64 of FE Circular No. 31/2025 shall stand modified. Please bring the contents of this circular to the notice of respective exporters. Yours faithfully, (Md.
