FEPD Circular No. 42: Small value export under Business-to-Consumer on E-Commerce website without EXP Form
The limit for small value Business-to-Consumer exports on E-Commerce websites exempt from EXP Form declaration is enhanced from USD 500 to USD 1,000 or equivalent. This change modifies paragraph 7(7) and paragraph 64 of FE Circular No. 31/2025. Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh must bring these contents to the notice of respective exporters.
