Final Order — Loan Originator

The Office of Financial Regulation approves the Stipulation and Consent Agreement with loan originator Alf Frederic Swanes, resolving the administrative proceeding regarding his license renewal. The Office will approve Swanes's pending license renewals for calendar years 2025 and 2026, following the dismissal of a felony case that had prompted a notice of intent to deny. Swanes must withdraw his request for a hearing and comply with all terms of the agreement, while future renewals, such as for 2027, remain subject to the regular process.
