FINAL ORDER This cause came on for consideration and final agency action. Upon review of the record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Office of Financial Regulation ("Office") hereby finds:
- The Office has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this case and the parties hereto.
- On April 6, 2026, a Notice of Intent to Deny was issued to Christopher White ("Petitioner") via U.S. mail to the address on record with the Office.
- On May 14, 2026, Petitioner voluntarily withdrew his loan originator license application, thereby rendering moot the pending action to deny his application.
