Final Order — Loan Originator
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with loan originator Peter Fernandez. The order dismisses the administrative complaint with prejudice in exchange for Fernandez's agreement to comply with Chapter 494 of the Florida Statutes.
