Upon review of the record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Office of Financial Regulation ("Office") hereby finds:

1. The Office has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this case and the parties hereto.
2. On January 5, 2026, a Notice of Intent to Deny Application for Renewal of Loan Originator License ("Denial Notice") was served to Eric Rodriguez ("Petitioner") via electronic mail to the address on record with the Office.
3. On March 31, 2026, Petitioner withdrew his application, thereby rendering moot the pending action to deny his application.
4. The entry of this Final Order shall conclude the above-referenced administrative proceeding. ORDERED: The Notice of Intent to Deny previously issued in the above-styled cause is hereby
