Final Order — Loan Originator

The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with loan originator Lourdes Maria Rosado. The order dismisses a prior Notice of Intent to Deny Rosado's license renewal, which had been based on adverse credit history, following her receipt of a bankruptcy discharge. The agreement resolves the matter without a hearing, incorporating the stipulation as the Office's findings and concluding the administrative proceeding.
