FINAL ORDER This cause came on for consideration and final agency action. Upon review of the record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Office of Financial Regulation ("Office") hereby finds:

1. The Office has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this case and the parties hereto.
2. On March 9, 2026 a Notice of Intent to Deny was issued to Daniel Martinez ("Petitioner") via U.S. mail to the address on record with the Office.
3. On May 8, 2026, Petitioner voluntarily withdrew his loan originator license application, thereby rendering moot the pending action to deny his application.
4. The entry of this Final Order shall conclude the above-referenced administrative proceeding. ORDERED: The above-styled cause is hereby closed with no further action. DONE and ORDERED this 2.-Z!"J. day of May, 2026, in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida.
