FINAL ORDER This cause came on for consideration and final agency action. Upon review of the record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Office of Financial Regulation ("Office") hereby finds:

1. The Office has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this case and the parties hereto.
2. On April 2, 2026, the Office issued an Amended Notice of Intent to Deny Renewal Application for Loan Originator License to Michael Skanda Stack ("Petitioner").
3. On June 9, 2026, Petitioner voluntarily surrendered his Florida loan originator license, thereby rendering moot the pending action to deny his renewal application.
4. The entry of this Final Order shall conclude the above-referenced administrative proceeding. ORDERED: The above-styled cause is hereby closed with no further action. DONE and ORDERED this :zz,wl day of June, 2026, in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida. Commissioner
