Final Order — Money Services Business
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Wahneta Discount Foods Inc. and its owner Hassan M. Haifa to resolve compliance violations. The Respondents admitted to failing to timely report bank account changes, maintain a complete returned payment instrument log, and maintain a bank account with authorized signatories. As part of the settlement, the Respondents agreed to pay a $5,500 administrative fine and cease and desist from future violations of Chapter 560, Florida Statutes.
