Final Order — Money Services Business
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with NSMA, Inc. d/b/a Neil's Check Cashing and its owners, Nabih and Susana Musallam. The Respondents admitted to failing to timely and accurately enter transactions into the check cashing database in violation of Florida Statutes and administrative rules. As part of the settlement, the Respondents agreed to pay a $1,500 administrative fine and cease future violations of the Money Services Business chapter.
